At Brandleap Ltd, we strive to provide a seamless and secure payment experience. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to billing, invoicing, and payment for our products and services.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (subject to prior approval)
  • Local and international payment gateways as available on checkout

All payments must be made in USD/GBP

2. Payment Terms

  • For Services: Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For Subscriptions or Retainer Services: Payments are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
  • For Custom Projects: A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project initiation. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery or completion.

3. Invoices and Billing

  • Invoices will be sent via email or through the customer portal (if applicable).
  • All invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
  • Delayed payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension or late fees of up to 5% per month.

4. Taxes and Fees

  • All prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or other applicable local taxes.

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are considered final.
  • Refunds will be issued only in cases where Brandleap Ltd fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or in accordance with our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Currency Conversion

If you are making a payment in a currency other than Uk or USA, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. Brandleap Ltd is not responsible for these charges.
