1. Who Can Apply

Our wholesale program is open to:

  • Online stores (including marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Distributors and agents
  • Corporate buyers and institutions

To qualify, you must:

  • Have a registered business or resale certificate (where applicable)
  • Agree not to misrepresent the Brandleap Ltd brand
  • Maintain compliance with our wholesale terms

2. How to Apply

To join the Wholesale Program:

  2. Submit your business information, including company name, website, resale certificate (if required), and contact details
  3. Wait for approval (typically within 2–3 business days)

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • A wholesale account login
  • Access to wholesale pricing and bulk order tools
  • A dedicated support contact

3. Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum Order Value: $200 per order
  • Discount Tiers: Discounts are based on volume or agreement
  • Payment Terms: Prepaid unless credit terms are approved
  • Shipping: Calculated based on order size and destination. Free shipping may apply for large orders.

4. Resale Policy

  • You may resell Brandleap Ltd products in your approved sales channels.
  • You may not alter or rebrand products without written permission.
  • Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or images is prohibited.
  • Products may not be sold on third-party platforms like Amazon unless approved.

5. Returns and Claims
